Will Brogan
Associate Director, Advisory

Will Brogan is an Associate Director in the Advisory division at Harvis, where he leverages over a decade of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and executive leadership. His expertise spans across key sectors, including mining, resources, and retail.

Before joining Harvis, Will built a strong foundation at Morgan Stanley, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic investments. He later deepened his experience in investment banking with a four-year stint at Ironside Capital, advising on a wide range of transactions and helping companies navigate through strategic capital raisings and early growth.

In addition to his banking experience, Will has had hands-on executive leadership, serving as Interim CEO at Sir The Label for almost two years. In this role, he successfully led the business providing first-hand experience in managing operations, driving growth, and navigating challenges in the competitive retail industry.

Will’s combination of corporate finance, investment banking expertise, and leadership experience makes him uniquely qualified to deliver strategic advisory and investment insights to Harvis’ clients, particularly in the metals, mining, and industrial sectors.

Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
