Nathan Chisholm
Associate Director

Nathan Chisholm is a Senior Associate at Harvis, responsible for financial structuring, deal analysis and investment management of the firm’s real estate credit division. Nathan has a background in both planning and finance, gaining near on a decade of extensive property and finance experience at Dorado Property.

Providing strategic input on investment decisions on Australia-wide property transactions, Nathan has designed and implemented a range of financial structures including: senior first mortgages and secured debt positions, to preferred and ordinary equity transactions.

Nathan’s knowledge spans all stages of the development life cycle across a range of asset classes, with particular emphasis on residential projects. Through analysing new investment opportunities as well as managing ongoing investments, Nathan has continued to develop and refine his investment disciplines and is a believer in the constant evolution of this process.  

Nathan has built up strong relationships in the development and banking industry through his personable and approachable style. Nathan has also spent time involved with the Curtin University Mentoring Program, helping to guide and shape the career paths of upcoming business graduates.      

Nathan holds a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce both from Curtin University.
