Jessica Ouyang
Financial Controller

Jess joined the Harvis team in 2021 as Financial Controller.  

Jess has more than 13 years’ experience, working across private and listed companies, with international experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and due diligence in support of investment acquisitions in the Real Estate sector across Asia Pacific. She has managed the financial performance and administration of Western Australian assets valued at $2 billion plus. 

Jess started with Jones Lang LaSalle (Australia) in 2008, overseeing the reporting requirements and compliance for a portfolio of 150 commercial and retail properties, and also participated in developing business processes across the company’s projects.

In 2012, Jess joined Brookfield Investment Australia, where she was responsible for Western Australian asset management (including construction development and capital works). In 2014, she took stewardship of new business bids in China, contributing to business based strategies, business modelling analysis and acquisition due diligence with the US and North American team. 

In 2018, Jess joined a privately owned Western Australian real estate company to restructure and centralise their financial management function and successfully implemented a new financial model for the group.

Jess is a Certified Practicing Accountant and graduated from Curtin University with a Masters of Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce (Management and Marketing).
