Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Jessica is the Chief Operating Officer at Harvis, responsible for leading the firm’s financial management, operations, and governance across its core divisions — Harvis Finance, Harvis Investments, Harvis Advisers, and Harvis Minerals.

Since joining Harvis in 2021 as Financial Controller, Jessica has been instrumental in strengthening the group’s financial and operational framework.  As COO, she oversees enterprise-wide operations, corporate governance, and key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between performance and long-term growth.

With over 15 years’ experience across private and listed organisations, Jessica brings deep expertise in financial management, investment transactions, and operational governance.  She has supported mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment due diligence across the Asia-Pacific region and has overseen Western Australian property assets valued at over $2 billion.

Prior to Harvis, Jessica held roles with Brookfield Investment and Jones Lang LaSalle Australia, working across asset management, financial reporting, and investment analysis within major property and infrastructure portfolios.

Jessica holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce (Management and Marketing) from Curtin University and is qualified Practice Accountant.
