Daniel Chatley
Development Director

Daniel Chatley is the Senior Development Manager at Harvis, responsible for the delivery of flagship industrial parks at Muchea and Bullsbrook.

With over 20 years experience across a broad range of real estate asset classes, Daniel has worked locally and internationally in Singapore, Dubai, Bahrain and Oman and has gained a wide range of experience delivering projects for major groups including Dubai Holdings, Royal Court of Bahrain, Kuwait Finance House, Woolworths and the State Government of Western Australia.

During his 5 years in the Middle East, Daniel initially focused on a portfolio of integrated-tourism and mixed-use residential resorts across the Gulf region, before taking the role of Development Director for Bahrain’s US$3 billion ‘Diyar Al Muharraq’ project. Here he was responsible for the master planning, development management and financial delivery of one of Bahrain’s largest mixed-use mega developments, from dredging and land reclamation of over 1000 hectares of seabed towards a fully integrated urban waterfront community.

Returning to Western Australia in 2011, Daniel led the acquisition and delivery of several retail supermarket sites for Woolworths before re-joining LandCorp to plan and deliver the key Activity Centre urban-infill projects whilst leveraging existing rail and other government infrastructure.

At Harvis, Daniel will apply his significant expertise in development from feasibility through to planning, design, delivery and disposal.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil & Construction from Curtin University of Technology.
