Harvis Corp, which has spun off from Sirona Capital, has moved into level 9, 190 St Georges Terrace in the CBD.

Harvis Corp, described as an alternative fund manager, is led by Sirona Capital cornerstone director Kelvin Flynn.

The group, which quietly spun off from Sirona Capital in June, retains the Northern Gateway Industrial Parks at Bullsbrook and Muchea and real estate, agricultural and infrastructure projects, with $100 million in one fund.

Now it has found a new home, taking up space left vacant by Dorado Property when it moved into Church House at 3 Pier Street in the State Buildings precinct in the CBD.

Harvis Corp has signed a five-year lease for a 140sqm office suite with a high quality open plan fit-out and modern furnishings, CBRE’s Lachlan Lewis said, adding it was a winwin for all parties.

“Harvis Corp is extremely pleased with its new office while Dorado Property is delighted to have surrendered the space so fast,” Mr Lewis said. “And the building owners are happy to have the suite securely leased for another five years.”

Mr Lewis said lobby upgrades and end-of-trip facilities added to the appeal of 190 St Georges Terrace.
