Currently the Fund is developing and leasing strategically positioned industrial and logistics real estate assets across 350ha. The Funds strategy is to provide purpose-built facilities with access to unparalleled transport infrastructure including intermodal.

The Fund is repositioning an existing regional shopping centre that represents important social infrastructure to the local community and therefore enjoys exceptional customer loyalty. The Fund’s strategy will be to build a portfolio of similar assets leveraging our expertise in actively managing retail investments. The refurbishment, development and repositioning of regional retail assets will generate local value for these regional communities whilst delivering superior risk adjusted long term income yields to investors.

Land Bank Strategy Fund
A$28M AUM
Location: Australia, Baldivis
Strategy: Secured 334 ha distressed rural zoned land holding surrounded by urban development along the Kwinana Freeway. The land was historically constrained to rural zoning by flood water interaction. Harvis disproved the flood modelling to unlock a pathway to urban rezoning.
Delivered: Sale of land holding to Stockland Limited with rezoning now tracking ahead of target.
