Leo Lithium / LIRC transaction

Harvis is pleased to have advised Lithium Royalty Corp (TSE: LIRC) on the successful acquisition of a 1.5% Trailing Product Sales Fee (TPSF) royalty over the Goulamina lithium project in Mali from Leo Lithium Ltd.

The transaction provides LIRC with exposure to a producing, tier-one, long-life lithium asset operated by Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd, one of the world’s largest integrated lithium producers, and represents a further strengthening of LIRC’s portfolio of high-quality, inflation-protected royalty interests in critical minerals.
